I work with business owners and managers in every industry from start-ups to global corporations, no business is too big or small because I am passionate about delivering great Human Resources management to support business growth.
With over 30 years experience in Human Resources, and having been working as an independent HR Consultant since 2016 supporting SME and global businesses alike, I help you make the most of your most valuable asset – your people, so that you can achieve your objectives.
Clients can have the support tailored to their needs. I offer the option for clients to pay for services as and when needed or choose to completely outsource the Human Resource Management function and pay a monthly fee.
Not only is the service cost effective but I offer realistic advice and solutions that help Managers and Owners achieve their Company goals. I work fairly, with extensive Management experience and operate from a pragmatic and corporate point of view.
Outside of work, I am married with a daughter who has a rare genetic condition – Williams Syndrome. I love spending a lot of time with my family and have been involved in functions raising awareness and money for the Williams Syndrome Foundation. I am always available to tell you more about this.
